I love soup, especially in winter time. It is such a nourishing comfort food which happens to be very strengthening for your immune system, IF made with home made bone broth!

Here is a super simple fennel soup recipe you can whip up in minutes.

  1. Saute the diced fennel until semi soft.
  2. Add your liter of stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Blend with a stick blender and season with salt and pepper.

Voila!

This is the easiest soup I have in my repertoire and although it sounds bland, it is truly delicious. I encourage you to give it a go!
