I love soup, especially in winter time. It is such a nourishing comfort food which happens to be very strengthening for your immune system, IF made with home made bone broth!
Here is a super simple fennel soup recipe you can whip up in minutes.
- 1 liter of homemade stock
- 2 fennel bulbs, diced
- Saute the diced fennel until semi soft.
- Add your liter of stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Blend with a stick blender and season with salt and pepper.
This is the easiest soup I have in my repertoire and although it sounds bland, it is truly delicious. I encourage you to give it a go!
