This is a lovely snack for your children after they come home from school. The best thing is that it doesn’t involve baking!

  • 250gr dried dates pitted
  • 200gr mixed nuts
  • 100gr coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao

In a powerful blender or food processor mix all ingredients until well blended and sticky.

If you find your mixture to dry you may want to add some more coconut butter.

Roll the mixture into small balls, about 3tsp per ball (15gr).

I covered these truffles with chia seeds, cacoa, coconut and crushed goji berries.

Put them in the fridge so they harden.

If you are a chocolate junkie feel free to add as much cacao as you want 🙂
